Commencement Certificate.

  • The certificate from the concerned authority allowing the builder for commencement of construction of the property (after ensuring that all set criteria have been met) is referred to as the certificate of commencement
  • Documents to be submitted with application:
    • 1.Approved Layout Copy
    • 2. Structural Stability Certificate (SSC)
    • 3. Site Inspection Report along with sketch (with details like: Drain/Valley/Hill/HT Line/Lake/ Water body/Foot track/Cart track/ Existing Public Road/Master Plan Road /Storm Water Drain etc., and whether Existing buildings constructed are as per approved plan if any) 4. other documents No Objection Certificates as applicable
    • 1. Consent for Operation (CFO) from Karnataka State Pollution Control Board.
    • 2. NoC & Clearance from Fire Force & Emergency Services Department.
    • 3. NoC from Airport Authority of India(AAI)/HAL.(within 20.k.m from Airport)
    • 4. Environmental Clearance from Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF)/ State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) (For all category of industries listed under Red/Hazardous Industries and if built up area >20,000sq.m.)
    • 5.Structural Stability Certificate (SSC)
    • 6. NoC from Factories & Boilers Department(visit(Click Here)) for information & obtaining NoC) (As per Requirement)
    • 7.Other NoC’s (Railway Authority, National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Public Works Department (PWD), Forest, Irrigation/Minor Irrigation, Lake Development Authority, Zilla Panchayath, District Magistrate, Department of Explosives, Costal Regulation Zone (CRZ) etc. As per Requirement

  • The builder/developer who has obtained plan sanction of the said property can apply for the certificate of commencement.
